About the Development

Higher Level Living in Langley

Addition by Redekop Ferrario Properties is a refined collection of 87 three-level townhomes in Langley's Willowbrook area, each featuring a private rooftop terrace with sweeping views of the Fraser Valley, Langley Basin, and Mount Baker.

These aren’t ordinary townhomes. Every home comes fully loaded — from a two-car garage with EV charging to a heat pump with A/C, gas BBQ hookup on your rooftop, and a tankless water heater — all standard, with no upgrades needed.

With 3-bedroom and 3-bedroom + flex layouts ranging from 1,413 to 1,645 sq ft of interior space, Addition is ideal for growing families and buyers who refuse to compromise on quality or outdoor living.
